		<description>I made this for me &amp; Jeremy twice now. :) I tried to use tofu last time, but I&#039;m not very good at cooking it yet. It turned out pretty well, though I think I might over spice it - I used quite a lot of all the spices, except the tamarind because I didn&#039;t get any yet. I enjoy it a lot, though! I shall have to give it a try again with these directions. I never realized exactly how much a &quot;turn&quot; of oil was -  I think I had been using too much! Delicious! &lt;3</description>
