It turned out pretty well, though I think I might over spice it - I used quite a lot of all the spices, except the tamarind because I didn't get any yet. I enjoy it a lot, though! I shall have to give it a try again with these directions. I never realized exactly how much a "turn" of oil was - I think I had been using too much!
